What are your goals in your role at your company?

We’re working to grow opportunities for middle, high school and college students to engage in meaningful work-based learning experiences. We are engaging business partners across all sectors of the economy in this work. Expanding WBL opportunities across the region is critical to student and business success in the future.   

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

I have many big passions, but I would say that they come together under a theme of seeing people and projects reach their full potential. I love tackling great gnarly projects, sorting them out and realizing big impact.
