What are your goals in your role at your company?
As studio director of our landscape architecture group and chair of our Human Capital Committee, my goal is to continue to improve our firm’s culture to remove any real or perceived barriers to creativity, collaboration and producing great work for our clients and communities.
What’s your biggest passion, and why?
My passion is to create healthy, balanced communities. We live in an increasingly disconnected society with urgent, local/global environmental challenges. Though design and planning can’t solve everything, a collaborative approach can set us in the right direction to create communities that have a high quality of life and an improved ecological environment.
