What are your goals in your role at your company?

I seek to continue assisting farmworkers to achieve self-sufficiency. My goal is to meet and exceed the number of individuals we help each quarter. Short-term goals include improving our existing processes to be more efficient and effective. Long-term goals include leveraging additional funding sources for workforce development.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

My biggest passion is to help underserved communities. As first-generation immigrants, my family faced many challenges that could not be overcome without a little help. Helping others is my way of giving back for all the support I have received along the way.
