A reason why he is a Forty:  He launched an entrepreneur support center for industrial technology products and services.

What drives him: Giving back. “When my wife and I moved back to Iowa in 2009, I knew I wanted to immediately get involved in the Des Moines area with business and community initiatives,” he said.

An interesting fact about Norem: He’s into healthy living, enjoying talking life with friends and family during a workout or on a long bike ride. He recently completed an Ironman Triathlon.
