What are your goals in your role at your company?

I love a team of people working toward a shared objective while figuring out how to best work together. You can’t just toss a group of people in a room and hope for the best – it takes real work to figure out how to maximize the benefits of a group. 

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

I’m passionate about leaving things better than I found them, whether at work, in the community or in my personal life. A sign of success is when good things continue to happen after you’re gone.
