A reason why she is a Forty: Webb is serving as the annual campaign chair for the South Suburban YMCA for the second consecutive year and as the Chair for the Des Moines Area Religious Council (DMARC) board of directors.
What drives her: Personal growth. “What drives my actions, both in my job and in the Des Moines community, is attempting to draw ever closer to the intersection of my unique gifts and the needs of the people around me,” she said.
An interesting fact about Webb: She broke two Iowa high school state track records and won two state track titles before becoming an All-American in track and cross-country while running for Wartburg College.
