What are your goals in your role at your company?

My goals at Baker Group are to continue building lasting relationships with clients and co-workers. I strive to bring unity and openness in my everyday interactions to not only make Baker Group a great place to work, but to also make our customers’ experiences with us as enjoyable as possible.    

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

I feel called to use the resources and skills I have been blessed with to bridge the gap between Des Moines’ wealthy and the underserved populations. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at in life and supporting them in discovering their personal definitions of success.
