What are your goals in your role at your company?

All of my goals at work are motivated by a desire to help our customers achieve their goals. I am passionate about finding new ways to engage with prospective clients and elevating every facet of the customer experience. We live in an age of rapid innovation and automation, but technology will never replace the personal touch. As a manager, my primary objective is to support my teammates and empower them to do their best work. I am a big believer in lifting others up and celebrating their successes whenever possible.

What’s your biggest passion, and why?

I am passionate about understanding. I want to know how and why, and I want to foster that sense of interest and engagement in others, for the good of my clients and the community. There is tremendous power in knowing how complicated things work and possessing the ability to translate those complex, inaccessible concepts into simple ideas. I suppose that’s learning and teaching, in a sense. From personal experience, my clients get so excited when a topic that was previously dry, boring and byzantine becomes accessible and interesting. It’s an immediate source of engagement, it builds a positive connection, and it makes an impact.
