What are your goals in your role at your company?
My role is all about vision and culture. I make sure that we have a clear vision of who we are and where we are going. I’m surrounded by smart and talented people who fit our core values and identify and solve issues to help us to achieve our goals.
What’s your biggest passion, and why?
Right now, my biggest passion is my podcast, “What’s Up Grubb?” It’s a creative outlet for me to document my thoughts and my life for my kids and grandkids. I love talking with people on how they live well with vulnerability and empower others to do the same.
