What are your goals in your role at your company?
My focus now is culture and leadership development. I have passionate and incredibly smart colleagues who have accomplished much that sets us apart. We can do even more through an intentional focus on living our shared values, making cultural changes that enhance our recruitment and retention strategies, and growing staff’s leadership potential.
What’s your biggest passion, and why?
My biggest passion is making a difference and exploring the world. I have always been fortunate to work and volunteer for organizations that I truly believe make this world a better place. And I believe traveling opens our minds to new and improved ways of thinking, living and interacting with others.
